Consultant 

Den is a professional executive with 24 years of financial management and M&A experience.  He has been in management positions of multi-national corporations in multiple industries including US Bancorp, BNP Paribas Prime, American Appraisal and Eaton Corporation.  From 2001 to 2012, Den was also the Managing Director for Shinco USA and was responsible to develop distribution channels and overall strategic plan for electronic products in the USA market. Den is currently the CFO of one of the in-car software companies in China.  Den received MBA degree from University of Wisconsin -- Madison in Finance.

Legal Counsel Consultant 

Jonathan was born and grew up in Ohio. He is a professor of law and finance with the Graduate School of International Studies at Hanyang University (Seoul).  He was previously CFO of Gravity Co., Ltd. - a Nasdaq listed company.  Jonathan has worked with direct investments in technology companies at AsiaNet (Seoul) and as an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella & Co. (New York). Jonathan also worked in M&A and executed debt and equity public offerings with the international law firm of Linklaters & Alliance (New York). Jonathan received a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.
